At Plentitude, we are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle the delivery process.


1. Order Processing

1.1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
1.2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

2.1. Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery: 1-3 business days after dispatch (additional charges apply).

2.2. International Shipping:

  • Delivery time varies depending on the destination, typically between 7-14 business days. Additional customs and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1. Domestic Shipping:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below this amount, a flat rate of ₹80 applies.

3.2. International Shipping:

  • Charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

4.1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
4.2. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Delivery Policy

5.1. Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of order. Ensure all delivery details are accurate.
5.2. In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

6.1. Damaged Products: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide photos of the damaged package and product to process your claim.
6.2. Lost Shipments: If your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@plentitude.co.in so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


7. Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing (for international orders). Plentitude is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
